1. Overview

Welcome to the TVAM PMF Loop, an early prototype experience operated by Begin Inwards, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this private experience, you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not access or use the experience.

2. Purpose and Nature of the Experience

TVAM is a reflection-based awareness tool designed to help users engage in self-inquiry and inner reflection. It is not a therapeutic, diagnostic, or advisory service, nor a substitute for mental-health or medical care. All content, interactions, and AI-generated reflections are provided for contemplative and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Access

Access is by private invitation only as part of a closed proof-of-concept or product-market-fit (PMF) study. Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Access may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Begin Inwards, Inc.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

This PMF experience and all associated content, interfaces, and materials are confidential and proprietary to Begin Inwards, Inc.

By participating, you agree not to record, reproduce, screenshot, forward, or publicly share any portion of the experience, link, or interface. You agree not to disclose access credentials or URLs to others without written permission. Unauthorized distribution or sharing constitutes a breach of confidentiality and may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials—including scripts, prompts, voice or text responses, visuals, user interface design, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Begin Inwards, Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the experience solely for personal, non-commercial, and evaluative purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

We respect your privacy completely. Basic profile data (name, email, gender, age, and location) from Google sign-in via Firebase is collected only for authentication. This information is never disclosed, sold, or used for marketing. No chat, reflection, or input shared during a session is stored or retrievable. Anonymous usage insights and aggregate trends may be analyzed internally to evaluate feature performance and product viability. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Anonymized Testimonials and Research Use

With your consent, portions of your anonymous reflections or feedback may be used in research, investor materials, or case studies to demonstrate conceptual effectiveness. No personal identifiers (name, email, contact number, etc.) will ever be attached.

8. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

This platform and its AI responses do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. They should not be relied upon to diagnose, treat, or make decisions regarding mental or physical health. If you are experiencing distress, crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or professional support immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Begin Inwards, Inc. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use or reliance on the app’s reflections. The experience is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or breach of confidentiality.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
