1. Our Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is sacred. TVAM PMF Loop operates as a privacy fortress—designed to collect the minimum necessary information and to never store or exploit personal data beyond authentication.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the following through secure Firebase authentication:

• Name, email, and limited profile information (gender, location, age) provided by Google sign-in.

Optional data may include:

• Anonymous archetype selection or reflection type, used solely for experience personalization and PMF analysis.
• User feedback or testimonials, which may be anonymized for investor communications.

We do not collect chat content or reflections exchanged between the user and AI, nor voice recordings, geolocation, IP logs, or device identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate access, maintain session integrity, ensure platform safety, and improve design and narrative experience through aggregated analytics. Anonymized feedback may be shared with investors or research partners to demonstrate product validation. We never sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Authentication data is retained within Firebase for account verification only. Anonymous archetype and feedback data may be held temporarily for evaluation and deleted after PMF analysis. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting kaushik@begininwards.com.

5. Data Security

All Firebase data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in PMF research. No external analytics, cookies, or third-party tracking systems are embedded.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access and review the limited data associated with your account, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent for anonymous feedback inclusion at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

This experience is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at the same link with a new effective date.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
